I would like to purchase a card, how can I pay for it?

At the moment you have three options:
  • using credit cards via Pay On-Line! payment system. We accept VISA (except Visa Electron), MasterCard/EuroCard (except Cirrus/Maestro).
  • using Webmoney payment system. Payments are accepted to WMR or WMZ wallet.
  • using Yandex.Money payment system


I would like to pay using my credit card, but am concerned about the safety of my credit card details. Is it secure to provide them to you via Internet?

Please don’t worry, your credit card details will go through the highly secure SLL 3.0 connection. The data is automatically encoded in such way that it can only be decoded by the organization it is intended for. This guarantees that even if someone steals your credit card details he will not be able to use them anyway. Besides, the use of SSL 3.0 helps you make sure that you’re on original site of payment system and not on a spoof site of criminals who try to give themselves away as a payment system to steal your credit card information.


Is there any fee for credit card payment?

No, we do not charge users any fees for credit card payments. However some cards in our Internet-shop cost more than their value is. In any case, we will charge your credit card for the EXACT amount shown on the site.


I am already registered in your shop, but forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password please use "Forgot password?" link, submit your e-mail address used for registration in our shop and click on “Remind” button. Your user name and password will be emailed to this address.


My e-mail address has changed and I do not receive payment confirmations and newsletters anymore. How can I change the address I used for registration?

Please visit "User Information" folder and change your e-mail address.


I paid for the order and received an e-mail from payment system confirming my payment was successful, BUT I don’t receive any e-mail with a PIN code. How can I receive a PIN code for the card I purchased?

Please visit "My Orders" folder. In your order list choose the necessary order and open it by mouse-clicking. If the order was paid and we received a confirmation of payment you will see its PIN code.


How can I receive a discount?

We offer our clients an accumulative discount system. All users who during the last year made purchases for the amount from XX to XX USD, receive a discount of 1%, for the amount from XX to XX USD - 2%, over XX USD - 3%.
Discount applies to all cards, except the cards for mobile services. Their discount is 0.2%.
Besides, there is an additional discount of 1% for all buyers who pay using WebMoney for any type of card.
This discount applies together with an accumulative discount!
